Request a refund: If you're not satisfied with the quality of your framed art, please send us an email at hello@forthewall.art with the subject line "Refund Request" within the 30-day period. Include your order number, the reason for your dissatisfaction, and any relevant pictures or documentation that can help us understand the issue.

Return shipping: After receiving your refund request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. The framed art must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refund processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the refund criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note:

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee only covers dissatisfaction related to the quality of the print. It does not cover issues such as damage during transit, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. For these concerns, please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy.

If the returned product is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund based on the extent of the damage.
